I am going to take this idea from Jana who got it from somewhere herself. Even though I am posting this on Monday, our menu for the week goes from Friday to Thursday so...
Friday--Totinos Pizza...What can I say; it was cop out night
Saturday--Chicken Enchiladas...This was a new recipe and very tasty. Definitely added to the rotation
Sunday--Grilled Cheese...Mine and Jayme's also had tomatoes on them
Monday--Sloppy Joe Casserole...Another new recipe. I love Manwiches but Jayme hates them, He says it's too sweet. This recipe has no barbecue sauce which is the source of the sweetness he despises. I'll let you know
Tuesday--Raley Goulash...This is not really goulash, we just call it that. The Raley portion of the name pays homage to Jayme's step-dad, the inventor of the dish
Wednesday--Breakfast...Not sure what yet, just breakfast. If I am lucky and the kitchen is clean already, Jayme will make us waffles. If not we will probably go with egg sandwiches
Thursday--Venison Stroganoff...I am going to replace the ground turkey I usually use in this quick and easy recipe with ground venison. Another new one and I'll let you know

ReplyDeleteJana it was mighty tasty!! The only thing I would change is doubling all the ingredients if I use Grands biscuits again. There was a lot of biscuit to this one. I guess if you used regular size biscuits it would have been more proportional. I'm going to post the recipe on FB
