Now that the
fence is settled in on the garden side of the yard, we have tilled up the soil and added some manure and planted our first spring garden veggies! Exciting times in Chaosville. We are starting almost everything from plants this year. We did plant some seed for cantaloupe, carrot, corn and onion. I also plan on adding some more cucumbers so we have a staggered harvest. In the meantime, here's what we have so far:
| Markers for all the plants |
| Wide shot of the whole garden |
| Corn row on the left and middle, with onion, broccoli, lettuce and carrots on the right |
| Pumpkins getting an early start. If they ripen too soon we can always shoot 'em! |
| Sugar Snap Peas. I hope they make it this year! |
| Wax beans on the fence line and yellow squash on the right. |
| Jalapenos on the left and banana peppers in a row. |
We had so much fun with our garden last year and it did okay. We learned a few things and hope that this year our garden does even better. I'll keep you posted :)
