What a Week

Well, let's see! Last week we finally finished our fence! See the posts for Phases I, II, III, and IV if interested. The house is coming back together slowly from the floors being done. We still haven't hung everything back up on the walls and so far, NOTHING has gone back where it was before. Kind of overwhelming for me since I don't like change but I am adapting. I am hoping to get a short video walk-through on here in the near future. We'll see how that winds up.
Pattie had a stomach bug over the weekend which was buckets of joy! I am still running every time I hear someone cough thinking we have a new victim.
The garden has EXPLODED! Everything is dark green and lovely. We should be able to harvest fresh veggies soon. We can already have salad though...

We got some upsetting news regarding the art class Raley was so excited about. We don't know why, but they have changed it from it's own class to a second semester follow-up with choir. If you don't want to take a semester of choir, you have to switch to band. We are pretty bummed! Not sure what emotion is strongest in regards to the news that Osama Bin Laden is dead. While I think some see it as justice for the victims of 9/11, I can't help but wonder what or who will be our next terror concern...
All in all, not a bad week here in Chaosville. It has ups and downs like most of them do. We'll see what this week brings!
