This past weekend, the clones and I decided to join Grannie and Pop at the land. It was sad to leave Jayme at home by himself (we took the dog too) with only work to look forward to, but we had a great time. The weather was lovely! Chilly in the evenings and early morning but the sky was clear and blue and the air was crisp and clean. It was opening weekend, so we heard our fair share of gunshots!
We didn't have any projects to work on, we just enjoyed each other and walked and talked and laughed at the clones and the dogs. It was relaxing and refueling and just what I needed. I took a couple pictures that I just have to share. My kids are rambunctious, loud, sometimes-infuriating and often-exasperating but I wouldn't trade them for a billion dollars.
