Snippets of what's to come

Hello blogosphere! I know I haven't been around much this summer and I have reasons; not excuses mind you but actual reasons!

• We have been so busy I haven't had time to sit down and write about all the stuff we've been doing and now we've done so much it's a little overwhelming!
• Then there are the times when what we've done may not be very interesting to anyone else so I get nervous about posting it
• Then there's the medical drama we've had

But in order to kind of make myself start posting it all I thought I would post a list of the posts I need to write up. Think that will serve as my impetus? We shall see.

• Trip the clones and I took to Maryland for my brother's birthday. In a word AWESOME
• Clay's new hobby of photography with some examples of his work
• The continuation of Jayme's appendicitis story (he's healthy and fine now but we found out some scary info!)
• Life with our new sweet girl Ginny
• Adjusting to having 3 70+ pound dogs because we are dog sitting Tufaan again for a while
• Gearing up for a new school year
• I have been reading a few new books series and enjoying them immensely
• Day to day blather
• I am 2 posts away from my 200th post and aren't you supposed to do something "special" for the big numbers like that?

See what I mean? OVERWHELM MUCH?! I will probably combine one or two of them so that it can be handled a little easier, but where to start? Then there's my poor neglected food blog....
We will be home for the next week though so I am truly hopeful to get some posts up. Until then, don't forget about me :)
